Allen Tilley, President

Allen Tilley has led the First Baptist Church of Carthage, Texas, as pastor, since 1999. With 30 years of pastoral experience, God has continually blessed his ministry with dynamic spiritual and numerical growth. .

Dr. Tilley earned his BBA degree from Dallas Baptist University and his MA degree from BMAA Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Charles Johnson, 1st Vice President

Charles Johnson has faithfully led the Rosewood Baptist Church of Gilmer, Texas, as pastor, since 1983. For over 30 years, in addition to his pastoral work, he was a public school teacher. He is very active in all aspects of BMA work and especially well respected for the leadership he provides within the Liberty Baptist Association in East Texas.

Wes Pratt, 2nd Vice President

Wes Pratt has served as pastor of the Northside Baptist Church in Conroe, Texas since 2006. Before becoming pastor, he served Christ at Covenant Christian School in Conroe as a Bible teacher and varsity baseball coach. While in college at  Sam Houston State University, he served as a youth pastor at a Huntsville, Texas church.
